Xanathar’s Guide To Everything D&D 5th 5e Limited Edition Alternate Cover

Selling a used copy of D&D 5th edition Xanathar's Guide to Everything (XGtE). It is in good used condition from a smoke free, pet free environment.
The interior is in very good condition. No pencil marks or bent pages. Note that back 1/4 of the pages have a small, approximately 1/4" inch deformation caused by the top corner of the rear cover being bumped. Otherwise the interior of the book is in excellent condition.
The spine is fully intact, but does have a very slight lean.
The exterior of the book is in good condition.
The front cover is in particularly good condition. The top of the spine and the bottom right corner are quite good while the top left corner and the bottom of the spine show very slight bumping. Portions of the outer 1/8" edge of the front cover show signs of rubbing. The iconic Beholder image, however, is unaffected and in mint condition.
The rear cover has bumping to the top left corner and to the bottom of the spine. The top of the spine and bottom left corner are quite good. Again the outer 1/8" of the back cover does show signs of rubbing, but the art is fully intact.
