Description
A Chorus Line, Micheal Bennett's masterpiece hit Broadway in a big way in 1976. It won 10 Tony awards, and a Pulitzer, among numerous others on it's record breaking run of 6,137 shows. It held that record until Cats surpassed it in 1997 and still stands at #7 today. This framed poster is advertising the 1979 production for the New York Shakespeare Festival and was originally hung up in a subway station in Manhattan, where a very big fan of the show saw it while she was on vacation in NYC. She knew she had to have the poster in her living room and took it back with her and had it professionally framed. The framing is a cedar and brass frame, in good shape and the original posterboard is in decent shape for a 40 year old subway poster. At 84" x 42", this poster is almost as big as the production itself and would look amazing displayed on tall a wall or exposed brick.Delivery options:
