Please email with any questions. 1910 postmark on this Kress & Co postcard showing"8th Street looking West, Meridian, Mississippi". Delicately colored image shows a pretty neighborhood and streetcar tracks down the middle of the street. TWo men on one corner and a little girl on the opposite corner are captured for posterity watching the photographer. Written in pencil on the front of the card is the name "Stafford's". It is to the right of the little girl- maybe it refers to the name of the family who lived in that corner house. Wear and rounding to the corners.
